How long does it usually take to recieve a phone call

I changed my number a while ago and told them to call me so I could log in again but they won't call me. Am I not being patient or is there something wrong because it says a few minutes.

I also always chang my phone number ,so my friends don't want to call me.Because they thoght it's much trouble to find my number!
